Custom Events

Our custom events allow law firms and corporations to partner with West Legalworks to develop and produce events to build effective experience marketing programs around their individual client acquisition and client development goals. In practice, our custom conferences are allowing organizations such as Kroll Ontrack, RR Donnelley and Duane Morris to build strong relationships and position themselves as thought-leaders with targeted groups of their prospective clients, typically within industries that have been identified as core to their business plan. We provide a range of services, which can expand or contract, based on an organization’s internal resources and goals.

Value Proposition

We provide custom conference services with more conference production experience and better attendance results than our clients typically realize using only their own internal resources. We are committed to providing these results at a cost that is less than the firm’s out of pocket and opportunity cost in using its own resources to produce its events. Our audience development initiatives, conference planning process, mailing lists, sponsor relationships, qualified speaker database and extensive parent and affiliate company resources allow us to be a smart outsourced alternative for law firms and corporations. We often partner with our client’s internal resources to maximize the return on our client’s investment.

The West Legalworks Team

For each custom conference, we deploy an experienced client team to lead the engagement. All custom conferences are assigned to a client team led by a Client Team Director with 15-20 years of experience in conference planning. Also on the team: an Account Director for speaker and content development, a Project Manager for conference planning and logistics, and a Project Manager for materials production. All of the team’s time is included in the cost of the engagement and there are no incremental hourly or extra charges for their time.
